Chemical Sales representative

Ozair Khan is seeking a Chemical Sales Representative to join its team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their water treatment chemical needs and offering customized chemical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a solid educational background in chemistry, such as a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma of Associate Engineering, and brings expertise in water sampling, pH, TDS, hardness testing, and chemical dosage while adhering to standard operating procedures. This position does not involve team management but requires strong individual sales and technical knowledge capabilities. The Chemical Sales Representative plays a critical role in promoting and selling water treatment chemicals by providing technical guidance and support to customers. This position demands a combination of sales acumen and in-depth product knowledge, including understanding the chemical composition and safety aspects regulated by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The representative ensures that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their operational standards and water quality goals, while maintaining effective communication to facilitate successful sales and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers by understanding their water treatment chemical needs.
Provide customized chemical solutions tailored to meet client-specific water treatment requirements.
Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding water treatment chemicals and their applications.
Promote and sell water treatment chemicals by leveraging in-depth technical product knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
Conduct water sampling and analysis, including pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and hardness testing, to evaluate water quality accurately.
Perform chemical dosage calculations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain treatment standards.
Interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure safe handling and provide clients with essential safety information.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques.
Track sales forecasting data to assist in planning and fulfilling client demands effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product availability and customer support for seamless sales operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new chemical products to provide clients with current and relevant information.
