Painter Marketing Pros is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for local small businesses in the United States. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns tailored to local markets, with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment and driving consistent business growth. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform features, keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking to ensure campaigns meet performance goals effectively. In this position, you will work independently to design and implement targeted advertising strategies, conduct detailed audience research, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance. Your expertise in ad copywriting, A/B testing, and quality score optimization will be key to enhancing engagement and conversion rates. You will also be responsible for generating comprehensive performance reports to inform business decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns specifically designed for local small businesses in the U.S. market.
- Conduct thorough keyword research using tools such as Google Ads Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Create compelling and clear ad copy that aligns with client goals and resonates with the target audience to increase click-through rates.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize return on investment.
- Perform bid management and budget allocation to maximize campaign efficiency and meet client objectives.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths for enhanced campaign insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Ensure campaigns maintain high quality scores through continuous optimization of relevance, keywords, and landing pages.
- Execute strategic audience targeting leveraging demographic and interest-based data to reach potential customers effectively.
- Prepare detailed and clear performance reports to communicate progress and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads platform features, policies, and industry trends relevant to local business advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with broader marketing strategies and client branding.
- Manage Google Ads accounts independently, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive campaign adjustments.
- Optimize bid strategies in Google Ads and related platforms to balance expenditure and maximize lead generation and sales.
- Integrate insights from complementary advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager to support multi-channel marketing efforts.
