About Us

Painter Marketing Pros is a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in helping painting contractors grow their businesses. We work with hundreds of painting companies across the United States and Canada, helping them generate leads, strengthen their brands, and grow their revenue.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist to join our content creation team.

This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, follows instructions carefully, and works well within a team.

What We're Looking For

This is one of the most important requirements for this position.

You notice small mistakes that others overlook. You double-check your work before submitting it. You care about proper spelling, formatting, consistency, and following instructions precisely.

2. Reliability and Accountability

You show up on time, work your scheduled hours, and take ownership of your responsibilities.

When you make a mistake, you acknowledge it, correct it, and learn from it. You don't need someone constantly reminding you to complete your work.

3. Strong Canva Skills

You should be comfortable working in Canva, modifying templates, editing images, arranging text and graphics, and producing professional-looking social media content.

You don't need to be an advanced graphic designer, but you should have a good eye for design and be efficient with Canva.

4. Technical Aptitude

You should be comfortable learning and using different software applications.

Our team primarily uses Canva and Google Workspace, along with social media scheduling and project management tools.

You should be able to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.

5. Strong Communication and Teamwork

You communicate clearly, respond to messages promptly during working hours, accept constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with teammates.

6. Ability to Follow Processes

We have established systems and workflows. We're looking for someone who can follow detailed instructions consistently while also using good judgment when something doesn't look right.

Requirements

• Experience using Canva to create social media content
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Good written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new software and follow established procedures
• Ability to work MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM US Eastern Time, including daylight saving time adjustments
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team

Experience with SocialPilot or similar scheduling tools is a plus, but not required.

• Creating and editing social media graphics and posts using Canva
• Following established templates, brand guidelines, and content instructions
• Customizing content for different clients while maintaining brand consistency
• Organizing and managing client content and creative assets in Google Drive
• Using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools to manage work
• Preparing, uploading, and scheduling social media content using tools such as SocialPilot
• Reviewing your work for errors before submitting it
• Collaborating with other content creators, team leaders, and managers
• Following documented processes and meeting daily and weekly deadlines
• Tracking task completion and communicating progress clearly
