Visa Process & Tours Operator

Pak Harmain Travel & Tours is seeking a detail-oriented Visa Process & Tours Operator to manage visa application processing and coordinate travel arrangements seamlessly. This role requires an individual with at least three years of relevant experience who can efficiently handle visa documentation, track application statuses, and organize tour packages. The successful candidate does not manage a team but must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks related to travel and visa procedures. The Visa Process & Tours Operator performs critical functions in ensuring that visa applications meet embassy requirements and that travel itineraries are accurately planned and executed. This position involves continuous communication with applicants, embassies, and service providers to guarantee smooth visa approvals and well-coordinated travel services. Competency in case management systems and visa processing platforms enhances efficiency in handling complex workflows and ensures timely service delivery to clients of Pak Harmain Travel & Tours.
Responsibilities

Process visa applications by verifying documents, submitting applications to embassies, and tracking the status until approval or completion.
Coordinate flight and hotel reservations in alignment with the travel itineraries and tour packages, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
Manage case files meticulously, maintaining accurate records of applicant information and application progress using visa processing platforms such as VFS Global and TLScontact portals.
Validate document checklists to confirm all necessary paperwork is included and complete before submission to relevant authorities.
Track and update the status of visa applicants regularly, providing timely information to clients and resolving queries efficiently.
Coordinate various aspects of tour operations, including itinerary preparation, scheduling, and liaising with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Utilize case management and status tracking workflows to streamline operational processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with embassies, consulates, travel agents, and clients to facilitate smooth visa processing and travel arrangements.
Stay informed about changes in visa policies and travel regulations to ensure compliance and accurate guidance for clients.
Assist in resolving any issues during visa processing or travel arrangements, anticipating potential challenges and implementing solutions promptly.
