PAKTAMEER is hiring an Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize end-to-end operations of the furniture business, including production, supply chain, quality control, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role ensures operational efficiency, timely delivery, cost control, and consistent product quality while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production:
Plan, manage, and monitor daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and dispatch.
Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, procurement, and sales teams.
Oversee production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customization requirements.
Supply Chain & Inventory:
Manage procurement of raw materials, hardware, fabrics, and finishes.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Develop and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
Monitor material costs and negotiate pricing where possible.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce quality standards for furniture production and finishing.
Ensure compliance with company specifications, safety standards, and durability benchmarks.
Conduct regular quality audits and resolve production issues.
Logistics & Order Fulfillment:
Oversee warehousing, packaging, and delivery operations.
Ensure timely and damage-free delivery to customers.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal delivery teams.
Resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or returns.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and supervise factory staff, supervisors, and operations personnel.
Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for operational teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Cost Control:
Track operational KPIs, productivity, and cost metrics.
Prepare regular reports on production efficiency, inventory, and delivery performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
