Pakistan Facilities Management (Private) Limited is hiring a skilled PPC Operator (Production Planning and Control) for one of its industrial clients based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of production processes to meet organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
Monitor production activities to ensure they are in line with plans and deadlines.
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production departments to manage material availability and resource planning.
Maintain accurate records of production data, material movement, and job status.
Identify bottlenecks or delays and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Update and track KPIs related to production efficiency and output.
Assist in preparing reports for management on production performance and planning.
Ensure ERP or manual planning systems are updated accurately and timely.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a PPC (Production Planning & Control) role, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, production planning software, or ERP systems.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of inventory management and material requirement planning (MRP).
