The Area Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding Paklite Electrical Industries' footprint by developing and executing well-planned B2B sales strategies. This position demands a deep understanding of corporate and commercial sales dynamics, combined with excellent skills in key account management and business development. The manager will pursue opportunities to increase sales volume and improve market penetration while fostering long-term relationships with clients and dealers in the specified industries. The role requires fluid communication and negotiation skills to effectively support the company's objectives and achieve consistent target fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective corporate and commercial sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage key accounts to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical, electronics, construction, and building materials sectors.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors to ensure proper product availability and market coverage.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize marketing, product, and sales efforts for maximum impact.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track and evaluate sales performance.
- Ensure consistent achievement of assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement and negotiation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and business meetings to represent the company and gather competitive intelligence.
- Provide customer feedback to product development and management teams to influence improvements and new offerings.
