Customer Relationship Manager

Paklite Electrical Industries is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with the companys clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires analyzing customer data and working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improve the overall customer experience. The Customer Relationship Manager will lead a small team, guiding and supporting them to achieve department goals efficiently. In this role, the manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that maximize customer retention and satisfaction while resolving issues promptly. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and enhance customer engagement. Strong analytical skills, an ability to manage sales pipelines, and a customer-focused approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
Manage the customer lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee account management activities to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Lead a team of one to deliver excellent customer service and achieve departmental objectives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer success strategies with business goals.
Monitor sales pipeline and proactively address potential issues impacting customer satisfaction and revenue.
Implement customer retention initiatives utilizing cohort and retention analytics to improve customer lifetime value.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and follow-up.
Prepare regular reports on customer relationship management metrics and propose actionable insights.
Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
