4. Content Generation: Depending on your interest and expertise, there may be opportunities to generate and share relevant content with our community.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Expertise in Pakistan Cricket: Deep understanding of Pakistan cricket—its history, current teams, players, matches, and related news.
Awareness of News Topics: Grasp of current affairs, particularly in relation to Pakistan and its cricket scene.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication in English, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with diverse community members.
Conflict Resolution Skills: Proven experience in managing disagreements and fostering a positive online community.
Reliability: Willingness to commit to a regular work schedule for forum moderation tasks.
This is a remote position. Prior experience in online community moderation will be a plus, though it's not a strict requirement.
