Pakson International Plastic Industries is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of our branch. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage sales activities, ensure smooth daily operations, monitor inventory and cash flow, and maintain high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering a positive environment for the sales team. Though the candidate may not have managed a team previously, the role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills by motivating and guiding sales staff toward success. As a Branch Manager, you play a vital role in implementing company policies and discipline, managing stock and product displays, handling customer complaints in a professional manner, and identifying new business opportunities to support the companys growth. You will prepare detailed reports regularly to assess branch performance and support strategic decision-making. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs within the plastic industries sector.
Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
Lead and motivate the sales staff team to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor daily sales activities, cash handling, and inventory levels accurately.
Ensure proper stock management and attractive product displays within the branch.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Implement company policies, maintain discipline, and enforce operational standards.
Develop new customer relationships and explore business opportunities to increase market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to align branch activities with overall business strategies.
