Executive Driver Required

Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd seeks an experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for senior executives. The ideal candidate has at least ten years of professional driving experience with a proven track record of driving luxury and executive-class vehicles such as BMW, Haval, Toyota Fortuner, Pajero, and newer automatic or hybrid models. This role demands excellent knowledge of Lahore's roads, punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and safety at all times. The Executive Driver must be skilled in vehicle maintenance and familiar with advanced vehicle technologies like Engine Control Unit (ECU) programming. The Executive Driver operates independently and does not manage a team. He or she is responsible for planning routes, ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition. This role involves working closely with executives and requires a high degree of discretion and commitment to safety compliance. The candidate must hold a valid driving license with a clean driving record and demonstrate proficiency in using GPS navigation tools and apps such as Google Maps to navigate efficiently.
Responsibilities

Drive luxury and executive-class vehicles for designated executives, ensuring passenger safety and timely arrivals.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
Demonstrate proficiency with modern vehicle technologies including Engine Control Unit (ECU) programming and hybrid system operations.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS navigation and knowledge of Lahore roads to avoid traffic and delays.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion during all interactions and while handling sensitive executive information.
Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to uphold a high standard of road safety.
Keep detailed records of vehicle service, mileage, and travel logs accurately and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Manage fueling and cleaning schedules and coordinate service appointments as needed.
Assist executives with boarding and disembarking safely and provide courteous and reliable service at all times.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to allow timely resolution and ensure continuous service.
