This role is responsible for managing all PGRE activities within a designated country, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the new PGRE regional model. The position provides strategic oversight across Lease, Transaction, Project, and Facilities Management functions. It requires building strong relationships with international stakeholders, developing efficient processes, procedures, and KPIs, and serving as a key liaison to ensure the successful delivery of PGRE’s international supply chain and workplace projects. Additionally, the role involves overseeing and guiding regional partners such as C&W and Colliers to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead defined projects in close collaboration with the EMEA PM lead, ensuring alignment with both local and regional standards and expectations. Manage all real estate transaction activities alongside the MENAPAK RE transaction manager, ensuring critical deadlines are met, processes are adhered to, and asset management strategies maximize value for PEP. Oversee the management and execution of facilities management services by coordinating with service providers, partners, and internal teams to meet business unit requirements.

Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for the country’s PGRE activities over the next three to five years. Manage the pipeline for Offices, R&D, and Food and Beverage projects, working closely with PGRE and local business units to develop effective program strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing monthly executive updates, dashboards, and dynamic communications to improve understanding of project processes and governance.

Track and report on the ROI of products and projects to ensure value delivery. Establish asset baselines and support the implementation of the PGRE regional structure and team. Partner with Finance and Procurement teams on regional and global initiatives. Monitor and report project KPIs and metrics, with a focus on WOW and PEP+ goals.

Ensure strategic partners manage project budgets and execution effectively, adopting an “Act Like Owners” mindset. Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies to optimize resource utilization. Proactively communicate project roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes to partners and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s governance, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with strategic partners such as Colliers and C&W to ensure they meet established KPI standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Eight to ten years of relevant experience with proven leadership in managing administration, people service delivery, utilities, and real estate functions. Strong understanding of workplace trends, employee engagement, and facilities management best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices within facilities management.
