We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Phlebotomist. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of Matriculation or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy procedures correctly and safely.
- Knowledge of pathology sample handling procedures and protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and composure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
