Inventory & Operations Executive

Physio Shop is seeking a dedicated Inventory & Operations Executive to oversee the efficient management of the warehouse and store operations. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the storage areas, coordinating effectively with suppliers and courier companies, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery of consignments. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, a solid understanding of inventory management processes, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems. You will also be responsible for managing a team of five individuals, guiding their daily tasks to optimize operational efficiency and accuracy. In this position, you will ensure accurate record-keeping using POS software and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and an organized, responsible personality are essential to succeed in this role. Your coordination with various stakeholders and your leadership of the team will directly impact the smooth functioning of the warehouse and store, contributing significantly to overall business performance at Physio Shop.
Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and store to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt of stock.
Work closely with courier companies to arrange prompt and accurate dispatch and delivery of consignments.
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock records and updating information regularly in the POS system.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inventory data entered into the POS software, minimizing discrepancies.
Lead and supervise a team of five personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed.
Use Microsoft Excel to prepare basic reports related to inventory levels, stock movements, and operational activities.
Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and resolve any inventory-related issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to maintain clear and timely information flow.
Implement inventory control procedures to optimize storage space and reduce stock losses or damages.
