Responsibilities

Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media.
Conduct market research to gather information on competitors, customer preferences, and market trends to support strategic planning.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and support targeted marketing efforts.
Create and edit digital marketing content such as graphics and promotional materials using Canva and other design tools.
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to organize campaign data and track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and professional documents to communicate marketing outcomes and project status to management.
Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by implementing basic SEO tactics to improve online visibility.
Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
Coordinate event logistics and promotional activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Maintain proficiency in campaign management software and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline marketing operations.
Continuously learn and adapt to new marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute to the teams overall effectiveness.
