Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently in databases and inventory management systems.
- Analyze data trends and generate meaningful reports for decision-making.
- Maintain and update records with precision to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Functions, etc.) for data analysis.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and company policies.
- Support workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, analysis, and ERP system management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
