Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally through live chat, email, and inbound calls
- Communicate with international customers and understand their concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints, requests, refunds, replacements, and other support-related queries when required
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication at all times
- Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the CRM
- Follow established customer-service procedures and escalation processes
- Maintain response-time and quality standards
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
