PNY Trainings is seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive admissions and sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, with preference given to candidates with a BSCS or BSIT degree. With a minimum of five years of experience in IT training institute operations, sales, administration, or academic management, this role demands strong leadership, communication, and management skills. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and admission targets while maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
In this role, the Branch Manager coordinates activities across admissions, sales, academics, administration, accounts, IT, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations. The manager monitors performance metrics, supervises branch staff, supports financial management, and maintains a professional learning environment. The position also involves managing operational reporting, resolving routine issues, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, instructors, and clients. This role requires proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve branch revenue, admissions, operational, and profitability targets consistently.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination among Admissions, Sales, Academics, Administration, Accounts, IT, and Marketing departments.
- Implement and enforce Company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance standards in all branch activities.
- Monitor admissions, sales performance, student inquiries, and operational processes, providing regular reports to the Head Office.
- Meet branch key performance indicators related to admissions, revenue, student retention, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support the Head Office by managing branch expenses, maintaining financial discipline, and improving operational performance.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, ensuring timely submission to the Head Office.
- Supervise branch staff, instructors, and support teams to maintain discipline, enhance productivity, and promote high performance.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training and development needs to advance staff capabilities.
- Ensure effective classroom management, proper usage of classrooms, and availability of required equipment to uphold a professional learning environment.
- Coordinate class schedules and timetables with the Academics Department for efficient allocation of instructors, classrooms, and resources.
- Monitor instructor punctuality, student attendance, and class regularity to maintain smooth academic operations.
- Manage branch assets, inventory, office supplies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding staff attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, and implementation of HR policies.
- Address routine operational, student, and staff concerns efficiently, escalating critical issues to the Head Office as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, instructors, corporate clients, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by Head Office Management to support organizational objectives.
