Candidate must have complete know how of export document procedure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export documentation
- Proficiency in handling bank, customs, and customer documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Extensive knowledge of export procedures, regulations, and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with banks, customs authorities, and customers to ensure smooth document processing
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export requirements
- Verify accuracy of documents and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain records and files related to export documentation
- Stay updated with changes in export regulations and procedures
