We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving performance, and helping achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives
Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs
Develop strategies to drive sales and improve performance
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
