The ideal candidate must have completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and demonstrate proficiency in performing routine and specialized laboratory tests with high accuracy and efficiency. As a medical lab technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals by providing reliable diagnostic information through precise laboratory analyses. Attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and the ability to work independently without team management responsibilities are essential for success in this role. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing specimens, operating lab equipment, conducting various biochemical, hematological, microbiological, and immunological tests, and meticulously documenting results. Responsibilities
