Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking dedicated and responsible Delivery Riders to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who can work evening and night shifts, delivering packages promptly and safely. The role demands punctuality, reliable time management, and the ability to efficiently use delivery applications for tracking and communication. Delivery Riders will operate mainly in designated locations including Bahria Town, Theme Park Bahria, Maymar, Scheme 33, UP More, Nagan Chowrangi, and North Karachi. Applicants must own a bike and hold a valid motorcycle license, either learner or permanent. This role requires careful attention to safety and adherence to traffic regulations. Delivery Riders contribute significantly to the customer experience by ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Although this role does not involve managing a team, strong personal accountability and the ability to work independently are essential for success.
Responsibilities

Perform timely pickup and delivery of packages within assigned routes and locations.
Use delivery applications effectively to receive orders, navigate routes, and update delivery statuses.
Maintain an organized delivery schedule to maximize efficiency and meet expected delivery timelines.
Ensure the security and safety of packages during transit and handle goods with care.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies to promote secure transportation.
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to confirm delivery details and resolve issues when necessary.
Report any incidents, vehicle problems, or delivery exceptions to the management promptly.
Maintain personal motorcycle in good working condition, performing regular inspections and basic maintenance.
Demonstrate professionalism by being punctual, responsible, and ready for evening and night shifts as required.
Assist in improving delivery processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience.
