In this role, the Recovery Supervisor is responsible for executing debt collection strategies and ensuring efficient recovery processes across assigned areas. The individual will optimize workflows to enhance recovery rates and maintain accurate recovery data. This position involves considerable outdoor activity, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills to meet performance targets. While this role does not include managing a team, the Recovery Supervisor acts as a key contributor to the company's recovery objectives by maintaining discipline, adhering to schedules, and providing reliable reporting on recovery progress to senior management.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute debt collection activities in designated field locations following company policies and legal regulations.
Optimize recovery workflows to improve efficiency and increase recovery rates.
Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data related to recovery efforts to support reporting and decision-making.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to align field operations with business objectives.
Manage daily schedules to ensure timely completion of field visits and collections.
Maintain detailed records of communication and transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Comply with safety requirements and operate company vehicles responsibly during outdoor fieldwork.
Effectively multitask between field visits, data recording, and communication with the office team.
Identify and report any issues or obstacles encountered during recovery activities promptly.
Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Adhere to the company's ethical standards and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
