Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within the companys structure to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing responsive support.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist clients with service onboarding and provide guidance throughout their engagement with the company.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service delivery is timely and accurate.
Manage client feedback and escalate issues appropriately to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Participate in corporate training sessions and apply learnings to improve client management and communication skills.
