Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to promote oral care products and engage with healthcare professionals through effective field activities within the assigned territory. This role focuses on supporting school-based oral health programs, building professional relationships with dental professionals, and increasing product recommendations. The ideal candidate will actively participate in community and global initiatives related to oral health awareness while ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all sales and program activities. This position does not require managing a team but requires strong coordination skills to work with schools, healthcare providers, and company management.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement school-based oral health programs and community initiatives following company guidelines and standard formats. Engage with school administrations to schedule and facilitate program activities effectively. Participate in global awareness campaigns such as the Global Art Contest to foster community involvement and promote oral health education. Execute all assigned professional services and field activities within the designated territory, adhering strictly to organizational standards and timelines.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dental professionals and other stakeholders to promote oral care products and increase product recommendations. Ensure consistent communication and coordination among schools, healthcare providers, and company management to guarantee smooth delivery of all field-based activities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of program participation, sales efforts, and field visits in both physical and electronic formats. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports promptly using company-approved templates to track progress and support strategic planning. Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of sales and health initiatives within the designated territory.
