Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a diligent Sales Coordinator to join a leading FMCG organization located in Faisalabad. This role focuses on coordinating sales operations effectively by managing customer orders, maintaining comprehensive sales records, and ensuring efficient communication between the sales and logistics departments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to support the daily sales activities without managing a team. This position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools along with working knowledge of SAP. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, supporting the Zonal Operations Manager in daily sales management, and generating insightful sales reports that drive business decisions. This role demands excellent organizational and communication abilities to ensure seamless collaboration across teams and timely order processing. Familiarity with sales databases and compliance with internal procedures is crucial to uphold the standards of the companys sales operations.
Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and process sales orders accurately on a customer-wise basis.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of sales orders every day.
Liaise with the sales team to address and resolve operational queries and support sales activities.
Maintain detailed customer-wise ledgers and ensure the accuracy of all sales records.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
Perform sales analysis and generate actionable insights to assist in strategic business decisions.
Update and maintain the sales database consistently and accurately to reflect current data.
Assist the Zonal Operations Manager in managing and streamlining daily sales operations effectively.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and internal procedural standards.
Develop and sustain effective communication channels between sales and logistics teams to support operational efficiency.
