This role focuses on supporting project coordination and ensuring efficient sprint management within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating projects and managing sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and overall project progress to maintain workflow efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Support Agile workflows by utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and ClickUp
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage project tasks and coordinate teams effectively
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to new challenges
Work Location
