Job Overview
We are hiring Property Consultants with experience or interest in international real estate, particularly in the Dubai market. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for professionals with strong sales instincts, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for guiding clients in high-value property investments.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound leads and present tailored property investment options
• Conduct property viewings (virtual or in-person) and manage the full sales cycle
• Compare investment opportunities across Dubai, Pakistan, and London
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams for lead follow-up and campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with local and international clients
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property laws in Dubai
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
• Prior real estate experience preferred (especially Dubai market)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; other languages are a plus
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, confident, and professional in a client-facing role
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
