Sales Representative

Property Point seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join its growing team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position focuses on generating new business leads and supporting property sales activities. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct communication. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, building client relationships, and coordinating property recommendations, contributing directly to the companys sales growth. As a Sales Representative at Property Point, you will also represent the company in property-related video content, showcasing professionalism and communication skills. The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sales, and possesses strong communication abilities. This role demands a customer-focused attitude, aptitude for follow-up and relationship management, and familiarity with digital communication tools. You will work closely with the sales team to meet lead generation and sales targets, without managing a team.
Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential property clients through online research, property platforms, social media outreach, networking, and other relevant channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients, understanding their specific property needs.
Qualify leads by evaluating client requirements, budget, preferred locations, and property types to ensure appropriate matches.
Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with prospective clients using phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communication methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to support ongoing sales efforts and client satisfaction.
Assist clients through the initial onboarding process to familiarize them with available property options and sales procedures.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to identify and recommend suitable properties that align with client preferences.
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, follow-up activities, and interactions to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
Participate in property visits and client meetings as needed to facilitate sales and provide personalized service.
Represent Property Point professionally in property walkthrough videos and other marketing content to enhance brand visibility.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management regarding lead activity, client status, and sales progress.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales and lead-generation targets to contribute to the companys business growth.
