- Property Spot Real Estate & Builders is a real estate marketing & Construction company that primarily markets, sells projects and construct Villas in Bahria Town Karachi.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or higher
Requirements:
- Identify potential clients and provide authentic information about the real estate market to them.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build our business.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Great to have knowledge of Bahria Town Karachi real estate market.
- Help the company achieve its monthly targets.
- Develop business networks and collaborate, Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards.
- Promote sales on properties through advertisements, open houses, and participate in multiple listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
