Office Boy

Provise Developers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Boy with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the office environment to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace for all employees and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, basic housekeeping skills, and the ability to manage visitor services courteously. The Office Boy will support the operational needs of the office by performing cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks diligently. The candidate will also play a key role in visitor management, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for guests. This position does not require managing a team but involves working independently to uphold office standards according to company requirements.
Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the office to maintain a neat and tidy environment.
Organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and clutter-free.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as fixing furniture or reporting larger repairs to the maintenance team.
Manage the reception area and greet visitors promptly and politely, providing assistance when needed.
Manage visitor entry and exit procedures in accordance with company policies, maintaining security and visitor logs.
Support office staff by handling errands such as distributing mail, stocking pantry supplies, and setting up meeting rooms.
Ensure waste disposal is conducted properly and that recycling guidelines are followed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and inform supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe workplace environment.
Work independently without supervision, taking initiative to identify and address office housekeeping needs.
