We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Assistant Manager, Internal Audit to join our team.

Conduct internal audits across departments in accordance with the approved audit plan.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Identify gaps, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and propose practical solutions.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Assist in the development of internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and report progress to management.
Support external auditors during annual audits and ensure the timely provision of required documentation.
Perform special audits and investigations as assigned by management/HIA.

Job Specification:

Professional certification such as CA (Inter), ACCA, CIA, or equivalent will be preferred.

2–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing/FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
