Collection Executive

Q Tech Solutions (Private) Limited is seeking a diligent and results-driven Collection Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in collections management, debt recovery, and customer communication to support the companys financial health by ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding receivables. This role requires an individual who can handle customer accounts efficiently, apply negotiation skills to resolve payment issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The Collection Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth recovery processes while preserving positive customer relationships. This position is suitable for someone with at least one year of relevant experience who is capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment without team management responsibilities. The Collection Executive will manage a broad range of tasks including regular payment follow-ups, credit risk assessments, and reconciliation of accounts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel is essential for tracking customer accounts, monitoring collections performance, and preparing detailed reports. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identify trends and improve collection strategies. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers to ensure timely debt recovery and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts by performing effective credit risk assessments and continuous monitoring of payment behavior.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, employing strong negotiation skills to resolve payment issues, disputes, and billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and sales, as well as external parties, to streamline recovery efforts and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, customer communications, and payment statuses in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance, outstanding debts, and recovery progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Apply regulatory and compliance knowledge to ensure all collection procedures follow legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize collections software and Microsoft Excel proficiently for payment tracking, account management, and generating insightful analytics.
• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify payment trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage billing and invoicing procedures accurately to support prompt and error-free customer billing cycles.
• Resolve disputes effectively to maintain positive customer relationships and support ongoing business engagements.
