AutoCAD 3D & 3ds Max Designer

QADRI AIR CONTROL is seeking a skilled AutoCAD 3D & 3ds Max Designer with at least three years of experience to prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D designs. The ideal candidate is proficient in creating accurate AutoCAD drawings and developing high-quality 3D models and visualizations using Autodesk 3ds Max. This role involves interpreting civil and structural construction drawings to produce precise design outputs that meet project requirements. The designer works closely with the engineering team to ensure all design tasks align with project timelines and standards. In this position, the candidate will focus on producing innovative design solutions without direct team management responsibilities. The AutoCAD 3D & 3ds Max Designer plays a critical role in bridging conceptual designs and practical, executable plans. The designer is responsible for enhancing project presentations through realistic 3D renderings and ensuring designs meet technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders contribute to the success of the projects. The candidate must maintain efficient workflows while managing multiple assignments and deadlines within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities

Create precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software that meet project specifications and quality standards.
Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations using Autodesk 3ds Max to accurately represent project designs.
Interpret and analyze civil and structural construction drawings for compatibility with design objectives.
Collaborate with the engineering team to incorporate technical feedback and ensure design accuracy.
Complete assigned design tasks within established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.
Review existing drawings and models to identify and implement improvements or modifications.
Prepare visual presentations and renderings that support project proposals and client communications.
Maintain organized documentation of drawings, models, and revision histories throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay current with the latest design software developments and industry best practices to enhance design quality.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure design integration across different disciplines.
