This full-time, office-based position is located on 6th Road, Murree Road, Rawalpindi, and involves working as a Quality Control Agent. The primary responsibility is to evaluate recorded calls according to established quality standards and perform accurate data entry to generate detailed evaluation reports. The role requires maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and completing any additional duties assigned by the institute. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts, with hours from 5 pm to 2 am for females and 7 pm to 4 am for males. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate recorded calls in accordance with defined quality standards.
- Perform precise data entry to compile reports based on call evaluations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information within the office environment.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the institute promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and maintain focus on assigned duties throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as specified (5 pm to 2 am for females; 7 pm to 4 am for males).
- Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant data-related software.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively.
- Minimum of one year of experience in data entry and/or as a computer operator.
- Strong commitment to maintaining office confidentiality.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Positive, “Can Do” attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Additional computer training or certifications will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in data entry work is advantageous.
- The position offers a starting salary from Rs30,000 per month.
- Candidates must be willing to sign a one-year contract.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the office location.
