Service Engineer

Raffisons Pvt Ltd (HealthCare division) is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. Interested candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience with medical equipment especially Radiology products including Medical X-Ray Film Printers, XRay machines, FPD/s etc. Having a background in Bio-Medical or Engineering is highly advantageous. This role focuses on delivering installation, technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Medical Film Printers and other Radiology equipment to ensure peak operational performance. The Service Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of critical medical devices, helping to support healthcare providers effectively. The Service Engineer works in collaboration with Sales team and is responsible for maintaining technical documentation as well as quickly diagnosing and resolving equipment problems. The position demands a candidate with good communication skills, honesty and professionalism to ensure good customer relationships and smooth technical maintenance. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role within Raffisons Pvt Ltd, a company dedicated to quality and reliability in HealthCare solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform technical troubleshooting and repairs on Medical X-Ray Film Printers and other medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to manufacturer guidelines to prevent equipment failures and extend service life.
Install new medical equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including service reports, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions and implement effective solutions promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand equipment issues and provide excellent customer service during service calls.
Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures to protect self, team members, and clients during all service activities.
Recommend parts replacements and upgrades based on equipment condition and technological advancements.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with emerging technologies and service techniques in the medical equipment field.
Manage service inventory, including tools, parts, and testing devices necessary to perform maintenance and repairs.
