Rankdrill is seeking a highly skilled Backlinks / Link Building Specialist to join our team in Manawan. This role focuses on developing and executing effective link building strategies to enhance website authority and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in link building and Off-Page SEO, with strong expertise in guest posting, Web 2.0 submissions, profile creation, forums, article submission, anchor text optimization, backlink research, and competitor analysis. The candidate will be responsible for researching high-quality backlink opportunities, implementing outreach campaigns, and utilizing various SEO tools to drive impactful results.
This position demands a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of backlink quality. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. Meeting daily targets, adhering to strict deadlines, and identifying and disavowing spam or low-quality links are crucial aspects of this role. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, collaboration with content and SEO teams is essential to align link building efforts with content marketing strategies and overall SEO goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-quality backlink opportunities through detailed SEO and competitor backlink analysis.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to secure guest posts, forum links, Web 2.0 properties, and other backlink types.
- Maintain and grow relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influential online communities for effective link placements.
- Conduct thorough backlink research and competitor analysis to inform and refine link building strategies.
- Create and manage link building schedules while ensuring timely achievement of daily and weekly backlink acquisition targets.
- Use SEO and link prospecting tools to monitor backlink profiles, identify quality links, and spot potentially harmful or spammy links.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align link-building efforts with content marketing strategies and SEO objectives.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting backlink progress, outreach status, and link quality assessments.
- Continuously audit backlink profiles to uphold backlink quality and recommend removal or disavowal of toxic links.
- Stay current with latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and link building best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all link building activities comply with search engine guidelines and avoid penalties due to black-hat SEO techniques.
