Rankdrill is seeking a skilled SEO Link Building Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in off-page SEO techniques, particularly link building. This role demands expertise in various link building methods such as Guest Posting, Web 2.0 submissions, Profile Creation, Forums engagement, Article Submission, Anchor Text optimization, backlink research, and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail focusing on backlink quality, excellent research abilities, and proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets and Excel for tracking and analyzing backlink data. Meeting daily targets and deadlines with consistent efficiency is essential. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the executive will closely collaborate with content marketing and SEO teams to effectively implement link-building strategies that improve search engine ranking and organic traffic. The SEO Link Building Executive plays a critical role in the sustainable growth of Rankdrill's digital presence by executing well-researched and strategic outreach campaigns. The candidate should demonstrate superior relationship management skills to build and nurture connections with authoritative websites and partners. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying backlink opportunities and monitoring competitor backlink profiles to stay ahead in the SEO landscape. The executive works on planning and deploying outreach email campaigns that attract high-quality links, thus enhancing domain authority. This position demands strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects and consistently meet quality standards that align with SEO best practices and the companys objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute diverse link building strategies including Guest Posting, Web 2.0, Profile Creation, Forums, and Article Submission to enhance backlink profiles.
Conduct comprehensive competitor backlink analysis to identify new link building opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that supports link acquisition efforts and aligns with SEO goals.
Manage outreach email campaigns with personalized and targeted messaging to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
Utilize tools such as Google Sheets and Excel to monitor backlink quality, track campaign progress, and analyze link metrics for continuous improvement.
Perform thorough keyword research to inform anchor text strategies and ensure link relevancy and optimized SEO impact.
Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with webmasters, bloggers, and other external partners to foster ongoing link opportunities.
Ensure all link acquisition techniques comply with search engine guidelines to avoid penalties and maintain a healthy link profile.
Meet or exceed daily targets and deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational capabilities.
Regularly report progress and insights on link building activities to SEO management and make recommendations for strategy adjustments.
