We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Female Religion and Comparative Religion Teacher to join our pioneering educational program in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves teaching Islamic studies, providing instruction in Arabic, and educating students on major world religions to promote understanding and tolerance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in religious studies, be fluent in Arabic, and possess a passion for interfaith education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Islamic Studies and Arabic Instruction:

• Develop and teach a comprehensive curriculum in Islamic studies.

• Provide Arabic language instruction, with an emphasis on both classical and modern Arabic.

• Incorporate Quranic studies and Islamic history into the curriculum.

2. Comparative Religion Education:

• Educate students on the major world religions, including their beliefs, practices, and historical contexts.

• Facilitate discussions on religious tolerance, interfaith harmony, and cultural understanding.

3. Student Engagement and Support:

• Create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.

• Encourage critical thinking and respectful dialogue among students on religious topics.

• Provide support and guidance to students in their religious and moral development.

4. Community Engagement:

• Collaborate with local religious and community leaders to enhance interfaith understanding.

• Organize and participate in interfaith events and community outreach programs.

5. Curriculum Development and Continuous Learning:

• Continuously update the curriculum to ensure relevance and accuracy.

• Stay informed about current developments in religious studies and pedagogical approaches.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Islamic Studies, Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.

• Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of and ability to teach major world religions.
