E-Commerce Warehouse Executive

RapidX Ventures seeks a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-Commerce Warehouse Executive to oversee and optimize the daily operations of its centralized warehouse in Orangi Town, Karachi. The role demands hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor to manage high-volume D2C order fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, dispatch, and return of products across multiple e-commerce brands. The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing quality controls, and coordinating logistics activities that support the companys growth and customer satisfaction goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled warehouse professional to contribute to a leading digital venture builder in Pakistans e-commerce ecosystem. In this leadership role, the Executive manages a dedicated team of 10 warehouse staff, guiding them to meet operational targets with precision. The successful candidate will lead efforts in stock auditing, inventory management, order processing, and courier coordination while upholding health and safety standards. The Executive drives process optimization initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure timely dispatch of over 1,500 orders daily. A proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with supply chain and finance departments is essential to meet KPIs and sustain high-performance levels within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities

Receive incoming stock shipments, verify product quantities and SKUs against purchase orders, and ensure proper labeling and shelving based on brand and SKU.
Maintain accurate inventory records through daily and weekly stock counts, adhering to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage product turnover effectively.
Coordinate replenishment alerts with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid disruptions in order fulfillment.
Lead the order picking and packing process for over 1,500 daily orders, ensuring correct SKU, variant, size, and quantity fulfillment according to brand standards, including packaging, invoicing, and labeling.
Generate airway bills (AWBs) accurately and hand over shipments to courier partners within specified deadlines to meet dispatch targets and maintain a zero backlog of pending orders without valid reasons.
Manage daily coordination with multiple courier companies such as Leopards, TCS, M&P, and Postex for timely pickups, monitor delivery performance metrics, and escalate any failure or delay issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of Cash on Delivery (COD) collections and reconcile these figures weekly with the Finance department to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Oversee Return to Origin (RTO) processes by receiving returned shipments, inspecting items, categorizing returns (resaleable, damaged, or vendor return), and restocking resaleable products within 24 hours to minimize inventory downtime.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily and weekly reports on dispatch status, inventory levels, low-stock alerts, and returns management to inform operational decisions and improve performance.
Enforce health and safety compliance within the warehouse, ensuring all team members adhere to established protocols to foster a safe work environment.
Implement process optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations, reduce errors, improve order accuracy rates, and meet or exceed KPIs including dispatch timelines, inventory count accuracy, and restock turnaround times.
Lead and develop a warehouse team of 10 members by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
