Responsibilities:
Make 300–500 cold calls per day using our provided dialer (single or triple line)
Follow a proven script to qualify sellers for motivation, condition, and price
Accurately update CRM (e.g., Podio or REsimpli) with notes and call outcomes
Tag warm leads for follow-up by the acquisitions team
Handle objections professionally and reframe conversations toward appointment setting
Attend weekly team check-ins and training calls
Requirements:
Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent
2+ years of experience in sales, call centers, or BPO (real estate required)
High-speed internet and a quiet working environment
Able to follow instructions, scripts, and respond to feedback
Strong written communication for CRM note-taking
Comfortable using cold calling platforms like Mojo Dialer, Batch Dialer, or similar
Preferred (But Not Required):
Real estate wholesaling experience
Familiarity with U.S. property types, equity, and distress signals
Knowledge of tools like PropStream, REI Reply, or Podio
Performance Expectations:
3–5 qualified leads per day (sellers with motivation, timeline, and property info)
Consistent call volume and high contact rate
Script adherence + ability to build rapport
