Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries and reply to emails
Providing brand, service, and product information to customers
Follow up on complicated customer inquiries when required
Record daily inquiry data in the system
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products, sales, or services
Search for required information by using available resources
Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues

Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

Must have a bachelor’s Degree

Skills & Requirements:

1 or 2 years of experience as a CCR or in a similar position
Proficiency in WPS ( Word & Excel )
Strong communication skills
Strong computer and typing skills
Active & Fast learner
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Attention to detail
