Executive Search Manager

As an Executive Search Manager at Recruit AI, you lead and mentor a dedicated team of five executive search professionals, driving high performance and fostering continuous development. You collaborate closely with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their hiring requirements for senior and executive roles and define precise candidate assessment criteria. Your role involves developing and executing effective search strategies utilizing referral networks, professional platforms like LinkedIn, and diverse sourcing channels to attract top-tier passive candidates. You manage multiple assignments concurrently, ensuring a seamless candidate pipeline and maintaining progress against deadlines and client expectations. In addition to managing the recruitment process end-to-end, you cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and senior-level candidates to support successful placements and repeat business. Representing Recruit AI, you confidently engage with senior client stakeholders, sharing recruitment strategies, progress updates, and outcomes. Leveraging advanced tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and artificial intelligence technologies, you optimize sourcing, screening, communication, and reporting processes. You also collaborate with internal technology teams to enhance recruitment workflows and support business development activities such as client pitches and account growth initiatives, all while managing budgets and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices.
Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five executive search professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Partner with clients to fully understand their hiring needs for executive-level positions and establish clear candidate assessment criteria.
• Create and execute comprehensive search strategies leveraging referral networks, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive high-quality candidates.
• Evaluate and shortlist candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
• Manage multiple search assignments simultaneously, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline and tracking progress against deadlines and client feedback.
• Ensure the recruitment team achieves delivery targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and providing excellent candidate experiences.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates to facilitate successful placements and encourage repeat business.
• Represent Recruit AI in meetings with senior client stakeholders, articulating recruitment strategies, progress, challenges, and results clearly and confidently.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, applicant tracking systems, and various online sourcing tools to streamline recruitment and improve overall effectiveness.
• Incorporate artificial intelligence technologies to boost sourcing efficiency, screening accuracy, candidate communication, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to refine and optimize recruitment tools, workflows, and systems to enhance operational performance.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to client pitches, preparing proposals, and assisting in account expansion strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of search assignments, candidate communications, and client interactions to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies to continually improve search methodologies.
• Manage recruitment budgets and resources prudently to maximize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes through data-driven analysis, gathering team feedback, and adopting industry best practices.
