Recruit AI is seeking an experienced International Production & Supply Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations across multiple manufacturing facilities located in Pakistan. This role acts as a crucial link between the U.S. headquarters and overseas production teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, production planning, and vendor relations, and is equipped to manage high-volume production environments with a focus on meeting customer demands and business objectives. The International Production & Supply Manager will be responsible for monitoring production schedules, ensuring accurate communication of estimated arrival times, and driving accountability within production teams to maintain quality and performance standards. Collaboration with Quality and Supply Chain departments is essential to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to product specifications. Although this role does not include direct team management, it demands strong leadership in building relationships with factory leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent results and support Recruit AIs global operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across various manufacturing sites and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Serve as the principal liaison between the U.S. headquarters and overseas production teams to facilitate clear, timely communication.
- Execute and monitor priority reports from the U.S. office, adjusting production schedules proactively to meet changing demands.
- Ensure Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are accurately calculated, communicated, and consistently met to support logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and delays in production timelines, escalating issues promptly and collaborating on recovery plans as needed.
- Investigate and resolve overdue orders, providing updated and reliable ETAs to stakeholders.
- Promote accountability within production processes to guarantee delivery on quality, performance, and timeline targets.
- Work closely with the Quality and Supply Chain teams to maintain compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, lead times, backlog levels, and overall production output.
- Implement process improvements designed to increase operational efficiency, minimize delays, and enhance visibility into production workflows.
- Develop strong, cooperative relationships with factory leadership, suppliers, and internal partners to support collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
