Project Sales Person

We are seeking a motivated Project Sales Person to join Recruit AI and drive sales of LED lighting solutions for projects in Islamabad. This role requires engaging with contractors, architects, consultants, and developers to understand their project requirements and propose tailored LED lighting products. The successful candidate will work independently to identify and develop new sales opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets. Experience in project sales within the electrical or lighting industry is essential for understanding client needs and the project environment. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a basic technical understanding of LED lighting products. Although this role does not involve managing a team, proactive coordination with internal departments is necessary to ensure timely order execution. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and has 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and consistently achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities within the LED lighting sector.
Engage with clients including contractors, architects, consultants, and developers to gather comprehensive project requirements.
Propose suitable LED lighting solutions tailored to project specifications and client needs.
Coordinate efficiently with internal teams such as procurement and logistics to guarantee timely execution and delivery of orders.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through focused sales efforts and strategic planning.
Stay informed of industry trends, ongoing projects, and construction developments to identify potential sales leads.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to present proposals and negotiate sales.
Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and sales objectives.
Provide feedback and market insights to the company to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
