The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Islamabad is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Expert. This role requires individuals with a higher degree and relevant experience in human resources to contribute effectively under the PPRA Ordinance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support the organization’s strategic goals and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards under the PPRA Ordinance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and challenges.

Required Qualifications
- A higher degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong understanding of the PPRA Ordinance and its implications on HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
