- Manage NPA settlement approvals and recovery of outstanding ABPL dues.
- Monitor legal cases, court hearings, and law firm follow-ups.
- Negotiate out-of-court settlements with defaulters.
- Maintain MIS, credit files, and records for transferred accounts.
