We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in Amazon and Walmart product listings, product copywriting, and basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, SEO-optimized product descriptions, and the ability to create visually appealing product images with logos and minor graphic edits.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon & Walmart Listing Management
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon & Walmart (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords).
- Conduct keyword research for improved search rankings and conversions.
- Manage and update pricing, variations, and inventory as needed.
- Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and sales.
Product Copywriting & SEO
- Write engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Develop persuasive content that highlights the features, benefits, and unique selling points of kitchen accessories.
- Craft compelling A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to boost conversions.
- Proofread and edit product descriptions for clarity, grammar, and effectiveness.
Basic Graphic Design
- Edit product images (e.g., add logos, text overlays, infographics, and minor retouching).
- Create Amazon infographic images to enhance product listings.
- Ensure all product images follow Amazon & Walmart guidelines for resolution, formatting, and quality.
Other Responsibilities
- Keep product listings updated and optimized based on performance analytics.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely product launches and promotions.
- Stay up to date with Amazon & Walmart policies, trends, and best practices.
- Provide weekly reports on listing performance, keyword ranking, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon & Walmart listings.
- Strong copywriting skills with knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (basic edits).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central & Walmart Seller Center.
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!)
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other listing optimization tools.
- Understanding of PPC advertising strategies on Amazon & Walmart.
- Prior experience working in the kitchen accessories niche.
