Background
Client provides more than 40,000 products and instant delivery for over 4,000 popular items. Client is an Authorized Reseller for Apple, Sony, Samsung, LG, iRobot, Dyson, SONOS, and more. We are also a certified repair centre for Acer and more, offering up to same day turnaround on most repairs.
Scope of Work and Methodology
The Customer Service Representative will support the department by taking inbounds calls and replying to customer queries on calls and emails.
Below is a list of the sequence of activities the customer service representative will be expected to undertake.
- Take inbound calls.
- Reply to customers' queries on call and emails.
- Transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Communicate with the line manager.
- Directly coordinate with the CEO and support line Manager
- Assist the Line Manager with the tasks assigned.
- Upload serial numbers provided by Line Manager
- Assist is maintaining the logs and shipments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Initiate new ideas for handling workload.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate/ or two years of experience
- Excellent fluent English
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent grip on understanding customer management
