Dispatcher

Reserve & Relax is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher with at least one year of experience to coordinate and manage the timely and efficient dispatch of vehicles. The ideal candidate is focused, with basic proficiency in English speaking and writing skills. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong attention to detail to ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, and operational staff. Using GPS and fleet tracking technologies along with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, the Dispatcher plays a key role in maintaining service reliability and customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher manages customer service interactions and provides status updates regarding dispatch operations. They monitor the movement of fleet vehicles, optimize routing, and promptly address any logistical challenges. The role demands proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain clear and concise communication throughout daily operations while ensuring that all dispatch activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor GPS and fleet tracking systems to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles.
Use Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems to log, track, and manage dispatch information accurately.
Maintain clear and efficient communication with drivers, customers, and relevant operational teams.
Provide status updates and customer service support related to dispatch schedules and vehicle locations.
Coordinate vehicle routing to optimize efficiency and reduce delays while addressing any unforeseen issues promptly.
Review and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance during all dispatch activities.
Handle incoming requests and dispatch assignments with focus and attention to detail.
Document dispatch activities thoroughly and maintain accurate records for daily reporting and operational analysis.
Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and escalating issues when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions to support a positive company image.
